WHS Consultation is a 2 way communication process between the PCBU, managers, supervisors and workers and other persons in your workplace where they:

  • talk to each other about health and safety matters

     

  • listen to their concerns and raise your concerns

     

  • seek and share views and information, and

     

  • consider what workers & others say before making a decision
